How to Use
- Place unlit self lighting charcoal in burner tray using tongs.
- Use a torch lighter to ignite the self lighting charcoal. It will begin to sparkle.
- Torch it for a few more seconds to ensure it is evenly lit.
- Place desired amount of incense on charcoal using tongs.
- Allow to burn and add more as needed. Mix them up to try your own blends!
- Move from room to room to spread the fragrance all around!

When burnt on our self lighting charcoal , they emit a light white cloud of rising smoke with a relaxing, soft crackling sound, reminiscent of a log fire, as well as offering a longer and cleaner burn.
Sustainable Sourcing
We source our organic frankincense from southern Oman, home to the finest and most sustainable frankincense. Strictly protected other times of the year, only during harvesting season, experienced local collectors make small cuts in the bark of Boswellia sacra trees using traditional tools. This process is called ‘tapping’. A milky liquid oozes out and is left to harden in the sun forming a resin. After about 14 days, the collectors return and slice off the resin. These frankincense ‘pearls’ are collected and sorted. Only the best quality pearls are hand picked where local artisans use their unique family recipes to perfume the resin.
ROX is a product of Omani perfumery unique to Oryx. The knowledge to handmake these fragrances has been passed down from generation to generation.
